Our Junior Engineers are naturally curious about the world they live in. Our Junior programs focus on exploration with free-play, guided projects and easy to understand lessons.
Jr. Mechnical Engineering
Introducing our youngest engineers to the fundamental concepts of energy, materials and movement. Students will explore and construct six different toys throughout this unit, including spinners, magical boomerang cans and wind-up whirligigs.
Jr. Mechnical Engineering
Introducing the fundamental concepts of energy, materials and movement. Through open and focussed exploration, students will construct their own roller coaster, catapults, cars and more.
Jr. Chemical Engineering
Introducing the fundamental concepts of solids, liquids and solutions. Students investigate the properties of several crazy concoctions and make their own samples of bubbles, play dough, flub and more.
Jr. Industrial Engineering
Introducing the fundamental concepts of simple machinery, co-operative building, and the assembly line process. Students will construct simple machines and then use an assembly line process to produce a delicious treat!
Jr. Aerospace Engineering
Introducing the fundamental concepts of aircraft and spacecraft design. Students will construct airplanes, rockets, hot air balloons and more.
Jr. Robotics Engineering
Using bricks, students will build a hungry alligator, a flying bird, and a roaring lion. They will also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop.
Jr. Robotics Engineering
Using bricks, students will build an airplane rescue, a giant escape, and a sailboat storm. They will also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop.
Jr. Robotics Engineering
Using bricks, students will build a goalkeeper and cheering fans. They will also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop.
Jr. Civil Engineering Foundations
Building a house to withstand the Big, Bad Wolf is where the fun begins in Junior Civil. Building and construction through hands-on exploration and design. Students will explore the engineering behind skyscrapers, bridges, roads and more.
Jr. Marine
What causes something to sink or float? How can engineers help explore and protect the ocean? Important questions like these are taken up in Junior Marine. Students will explore the concepts of marine engineering and mechanics, harnessing the power of water, and discovering designs that help make the impossible possible.
Jr. Robotics Engineering
This class is a perfect mix of fun and learning with Robots. Using bricks, students will build a dancing bird, a smart spinner, and a drumming monkey. They will also learn how to program and operate their creations using a laptop.
Jr. Environmental Engineering
Get down and dirty searching for solutions to some of our biggest environmental problems. Students will ponder some truly 'hot' environmental issues like saving endangered animals, helping plants grow and creating protection from the sun's heat.
